Evolution of Wedding Dance

This is the first dance they did at our wedding July 28, 2007. They just created there own version of the very popular evolution of dance, borrowing some of his ideas and mixing in a few of there own…thanks for watching, and yes, they are still happily married!

They came up with this idea back in 2005. Their dance was also featured on good morning america: “we don’t know how to waltz. we don’t know how to poplock. but we do know how to have fun. we came up with the choreography ourselves. married: july 3, 2005 in oakland, california. please do not ask me for the mix, i no longer have it.”

Renee and Ryan’s First Dance

Our wedding first dance that nobody expected. My bridemaids pinned up my dress for me but didn’t get it up quite high enough and I slipped on my dress. I would love to say that my fall was choreographed but it wasn’t. At least it didn’t hurt!
